ANNUAL APPLIANCE SERVICING

Keeps your Gas Safety Records up-to-date.
Covers full inspection ensuring your appliance complies with the Gas Servicing Installation & Use Regulations.
Covers Safety check of the flue.
Performance testing of the appliances and a combustion test.
Servicing work on the appliance in line with the manufacturer’s instructions.
Tightness test on the gas installation pipe-work and meter.
Carry out a full assessment of the system and provide a record of any defects.
Full Gas Safety Record detailing the work carried out, any defects as well as any suggested remedial work.

GAS SAFETY RECORD

Along with the Annual Service, we will carry out an inspection and issue a Gas Safety Record for the boiler under this agreement, along with up to three additional mains gas appliances at the same Business Premises.
