The business parks at Buckshaw, built on the former Royal Ordnance Factory site, are dominated by large distribution and industrial buildings. Here we typically work on radiant tube and warm air heating for high-bay space, heating at loading bays, and boiler plant serving the offices. Servicing usually has to be planned around shift patterns and busy loading periods.
Off Ackhurst Road, Common Bank Industrial Estate is a mix of workshops, fabrication and light manufacturing units, where the gas plant ranges from unit heaters to process burners on spray booths and curing ovens. Nearby, Ackhurst Business Park on Foxhole Road is mainly offices, where the main job is commercial boiler plant.
In the town centre we work on boiler plant in converted mills, shops, offices and leisure premises. Beyond it, we cover commercial and industrial sites in Euxton, Whittle-le-Woods, Clayton-le-Woods, Adlington, Coppull, Eccleston and Croston.
The M61 runs south from close to our base. Junction 8 brings us out next to Buckshaw Village and on to Yarrow Valley Way for the Ackhurst Road side of town. For sites on the Leyland and Euxton side, we can also come down the M6 to junction 28.

Yes. We plan visits around your shifts and loading times, including out-of-hours work where access over racking or yards needs to be clear.
Yes. We can carry out a gas installation safety inspection (CP17), and tightness testing and purging (CP16) if the supply is being reinstated or altered.
