We service, maintain and repair commercial and industrial hot water boilers, including multi-boiler cascade systems, and carry out gas supply, pipework, tightness testing and safety checks to associated plant on shell and steam boilers and thermal fluid heaters, with CP15 service records and 24/7 breakdown cover.

All major manufacturers are covered, including Cochran, Fulton, Clayton, Byworth and Hamworthy. Annual servicing with CP15 service records and CP17 gas safety inspections are part of the job, not extras. We work alongside your insurer’s PSSR written-scheme examinations; we don’t issue PSSR certificates.

We also install commercial and industrial boilers, from a single replacement unit to a full multi-boiler cascade: project management, gas pipework, flue installation, controls commissioning, a CP15 commissioning record and a CP16 testing and purging certificate on completion.

Questions we get asked

What is a CP16 certificate?

A CP16 is the gas testing and purging certificate, issued after commercial and industrial gas pipework is tightness tested and purged. We issue the CP16 on the day the pipework is tested and purged.

Should we repair or replace an old boiler?

It depends on its condition, parts availability and running costs. We will give you an honest view after inspecting it, and a quote for either option.
