Scheduled servicing that fits production

We agree a visit schedule for every appliance on the contract and plan each visit around your shifts, shutdowns and deliveries. You know when we are coming and what we will do, and nothing is left to drift past its service date.

Safety checks and certification

Each visit includes combustion analysis, safety device and interlock testing, flue and ventilation checks, and tightness testing where needed. CP15, CP16, CP17 and CP42 certificates are issued on the day where the installation is safe; if not, we follow the Gas Industry Unsafe Situations Procedure (ID/AR) and issue a warning notice, so your records are ready for insurers, auditors and inspectors.

Priority 24/7 emergency response

Contract customers get priority, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, including nights, weekends and bank holidays. Our emergency motorbike means that when the traffic is at a standstill we still get to you, in Preston, Manchester and along the M6, M61 and M65.

Records and reporting

After every visit you get a written report covering what was checked, readings taken, defects found and recommended work, alongside the certificates. That gives you one clear history for each site and each appliance.
