Process burner servicing for ovens, dryers and production lines
Our process burner servicing covers gas-fired burners on production lines across Lancashire and the North West. When a process burner fails, production stops, and when it runs badly product quality suffers and gas costs rise. We service, repair, fault-find, commission and maintain process burners, with full combustion analysis on every visit, plus CP15 service/commissioning records and CP16 testing and purging certificates.

We work on powder coating curing ovens, spray booth burners, bakery and food production tunnel ovens, industrial rotary dryers, fluid bed dryers, pasteurisers, laundry tunnel finishers, grain dryers, rotary kilns and other gas-fired process equipment.
A typical service includes checking and cleaning the burner head and ignition, testing flame safeguards and the valve train, checking gas pressures and air/gas ratio, and a full combustion analysis with a calibrated flue gas analyser. Results are recorded so you can see how the burner is performing year on year.
Process plant often runs round the clock, so we plan visits around your shutdowns, and contract customers get priority 24/7 emergency response if a burner locks out mid-shift.
