- Radiant tube inspection: tube sections, joints and supports for cracking, corrosion or burn-through
- Flue and draught diverter checks
- Ignition and flame detection: igniter, electrode, UV scanner or thermopile
- Safety devices: overheat thermostat, gas pressure switches and interlocks
- Gas valve operation and leak check, supply and burner pressures
- Written service report on completion

At least once a year, ideally before the heating season starts, so faults are found before the cold weather.
Can you service all the heaters in a large warehouse in one visit?
Yes. We plan the visit around your operation and work through the building in sections so the site keeps running.
