What a boiler service from us includes
Each service covers the burner and its gas train, combustion analysis with a calibrated analyser, flame safeguard and lockout checks, controls and safety interlocks, flue condition and ventilation. Where the plant room has a gas interlock or a ventilation system tied to the boilers, we test that too. You get a CP15 service record (and a CP17 where a gas safety inspection is done) on the day, with any defects written down plainly so your maintenance team or insurer can act on them.
Planned maintenance for Preston sites

Questions we get asked
How often should a commercial boiler in Preston be serviced?
At least once a year, and more often for plant that runs continuously or supports a process. We will suggest an interval after we have seen the plant and its run hours.
Can you service several boilers in one plant room on one visit?
Yes. Multi-boiler plant rooms and cascades are normal work for us, and we plan the visit so heating or process demand can be kept going where possible.
