The work
In July 2026 we carried out the site's annual gas service and certificate. An annual visit is when the gas appliances are serviced and safety-checked, and the results are written up on a certificate for the site's records.
Why it matters
Commercial sites need up-to-date gas safety records for insurers, landlords and inspections. A fixed annual visit means the certificate never runs out by accident.
